Our Strength & Conditioning lessons are designed both for targeted preparation of specific elements and for the overall healthy development of young athletes.

In these sessions we work step by step on:

  • strengthening the key muscle groups needed for jumps, spins, and skating technique;
  • building overall fitness, coordination, balance and endurance;
  • preventing injuries through balanced and safe training;
  • supporting recovery after injuries with targeted exercises;
