Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Skating University account and associated personal data at any time.

To request deletion:

1. Send an email to [email protected].
2. Use the subject: Account Data Deletion Request.
3. Send the request from the email address associated with your Skating University account.
4. Include your full name and, if applicable, mention that you used Facebook Login or Google Login.

We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request.

After verification, we will delete or anonymize your customer account and associated personal data, except for information that we are required to retain for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or transaction-record purposes.

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days.

Removing Skating University from your Facebook Apps and Websites settings disconnects Facebook Login but may not automatically delete information already stored by Skating University. To delete that information, please follow the instructions above.
